Delivery Policy

FERCO HOME only provide complimentary delivery service to major areas in the Klang Valley. Otherwise, you may opt for self-pick-up or 3rd party delivery during Checkout. The delivery fee is flat rate per item, and at this moment only covers delivery around West Malaysia. Delivery costs will be automatically calculated in Checkout and displayed as a line item in your costs.


When buying online, you also have the option to pick up your order from our retail store. Simply select the Self-Pick-Up option upon check out. When you complete your payment we will send you an email order confirmation and the store will contact you directly to confirm when your order will be ready to pick up. For self-pick up you may appoint other people to pick up the item on your behalf, you are required to bring proof of purchase and to provide NRIC for our reference. 

Complimentary Delivery Klang Valley 

Complimentary delivery around major areas in Klang Valley is subject to availability. The delivery is by appointment Monday- Saturday, between 10am to 5pm. We are unable to deliver on Sundays, Public Holidays, or at specific times (e.g. at 9am, before 5pm, after 7pm etc). FERCO HOME delivery team will do the best of their ability meet the agreed timing. However, there may be delayed or your delivery may have to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances out of our reasonable control. FERCO HOME will keep you posted if this event occurs.

3rd Party Delivery

For 3rd party delivery, the delivery time will solely be determined or arranged by 3rd party delivery. If you have specific request on delivery time, FERCO HOME advises you to contact directly with the 3rd party delivery to set agreed timing.

Delivery fee is not inclusive of any additional costs such as installation. Delivery fees will not be refunded for items returned. Delivery normally takes between one (1) to seven (7) WORKING DAYS, or up to fourteen (14) WORKING DAYS for customize item. Customers or their appointed representatives are responsible for checking the condition of all goods before accepting delivery. Any issues should be recorded on the Delivery Order. In signing the Delivery Order, you are acknowledging that you have received all good(s) and that they are in no way faulty or damaged. Should there be any issues with your goods arising during or after delivery, please see Warranty Policy. FERCO HOME is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss or other damage suffered by you due to delay or rescheduling of delivery. FERCO HOME and its delivery team are not responsible for the removal and/or disposal of used furniture and other items from the customer’s premises.
